Contact Roof Repairs Carlisle
Not sure whether your roof needs work?
Tell us what it is doing and we will come and look, free of charge
The most useful thing you can do is describe the symptom. When did it start? Does it only happen in heavy rain, or only when the wind is from a particular direction? Is the stain growing? We can often narrow it down to two or three likely causes before we arrive, which makes the survey quicker and the quote more accurate.

What Happens Next
- 1
We ring you back. Usually the same working day. We will ask a few questions about the symptom to work out how urgent it is.
- 2
We book the survey. Free, no obligation. For an active leak we will try to get to you within a day or two.
- 3
We look properly. On the roof, and in the loft where we can get access. Then we tell you what we found in plain terms.
- 4
You get a written quote. Itemised and fixed, with access costs shown separately. No pressure and no follow-up sales calls.
If water is coming in right now
Get a bucket under it and move what you can. If a ceiling is bulging with trapped water, pierce it deliberately over a bucket - a small hole is far cheaper than a collapsed ceiling. Turn off the power to that room if water is near a light or a socket. Then ring us on 01228 276968.
Free Survey, Fixed Quote
We will tell you if it does not need doing. That is not a sales line - it is why we get called back.
